In early January 2006, Madventurers moved in to a house in Amani. 14 volunteers and their project leaders, with a lot of support from the local community, then built a workshop for the Women's Craft Co-operative. From bracken to building took an initial period of five weeks and another group have finished the work since then. We are all very excited by the work, especially the young women who will be able to work in clean, purpose-built surroundings.
